How to report an error

Email pgaurabh1@gmail.com with the subject line "Correction: [page title]" and include the specific claim you believe to be incorrect, the correct information, and any source for the correction.

What we correct

We correct factual errors in quantity guides, safety recommendations, dietary claims, and sourcing information. We do not "correct" editorial opinions, recipe preferences, or subjective assessments.

Timeline

We aim to review correction requests within 5 working days. If a correction is accepted, the relevant page is updated with a note at the bottom indicating the date and nature of the correction.

Transparent corrections log

Significant corrections are noted inline in the relevant article. Corrections that change a safety-relevant recommendation (e.g., a holding temperature, an allergen note) are also announced in the newsletter.
